Network Sync
Configure your installations automatically, by syncing data between them, using groups to manage different configurations.
Activity Logs

Backups and Presets
Deskman is able to save weekly data backups to a folder, and allows you to manage multiple configurations.
Network Access
Deskman works via web, which means it can be accessed from any device (mobile or desktop) on your local network.
Advanced Dashboard
The dashboard allows you to suspend restrictions, view logged users, restart the system, manage running processes and more.
User Permissions
Assign permissions to allow guest access to Deskman, based on your own requirements.
Two-Factor Authentication

Works Offline
Deskman works on your network via web, but internet access is optional. Isolated workstations are supported.

Can I trust your downloads?
Yes. Our downloads are 100% free of virus, spyware, adware or malware of any kind. Executables are signed and certified. SHA-2 hashes can be checked on our download page.
Why do I need a web browser?
Deskman is not in the cloud. However, it is web-based, which means you need a web browser to use it.
I don't have internet access on my system, is that a problem?
No. Internet access is optional.
Do you have access to my Deskman installation?
No. Deskman is not in the cloud and we do not have access to your data.
What kind of tech support do you offer?
Fast email support. Every response is made by a human from our team. Happy to help.
Do I have to pay for support?
Yes. A maintenance plan is required to obtain tech support.
If I pay for support, how fast will you answer my emails?
In a few hours, or less, usually. Check your spam folder if you haven't heard from us in 24h. Make sure your system allows emails from @anfibia.net and @anfibia.in.
After contacting you, will you send me spam?
No. We will never sell or share your email address, or personal information. No newsletters or surveys either.
What happens when my license expires?
Nothing. Licenses do not expire: support entitlement does.
What does maintenance include?
Tech support, all updates, major and minor, and access to Deskman Manager.
What is Deskman Manager?
Deskman Manager is a complementary tool designed to provide Deskman users with advanced features, like centralized logs and license management.
What do I get if I don't buy maintenance?
One month of support and minor updates.
Will I be able to buy maintenance later on?
Maintenance is only available at a reduced cost when placing your order or when renewing before expiration.
How can I renew maintenance?
Contact us providing your license number and we'll be happy to help you.
I have multiple licenses, do I need maintenance on each one of them?
Yes. Maintenance is not transferable. Each license requires its own maintenance plan. Support will only be provided to installations with a valid maintenance plan.
After purchasing a license, do I need to reinstall the software?
There is no need. You'll be able to register your installed copies by following the instructions in your license email.
I am a reseller, how can I buy licenses for my customers?
Visit the ordering page, enter your customer's name and organization. When you click Buy you'll be able to pay with your details.
Is Deskman ready for GMP environments?
Many of our customers use Deskman on GMP environments. Licenses for old versions can be purchased to accommodate the customer's requirements. Contact us for any questions.
Can I buy old Deskman versions?
Yes, contact us. However, we highly recommend purchasing the current release — or Deskman 9, if you need Windows 7 or Internet Explorer support.
